- TradieBridge keeps a copy of your Simpro, Xero, Verizon Connect, Deputy, The Fleet Office, Dialpad and Moveware records in one place your business owns. Claude, ChatGPT or any AI assistant that supports MCP can read that copy and answer questions about your jobs, invoices, timesheets, vans, calls and moves.
- Which AI assistants does it work with?
- Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Microsoft Copilot and any other assistant that supports MCP custom connectors. You add one link, sign in to TradieBridge and approve the connection. How to connect your AI
- Can the AI change my records?
- No. TradieBridge never writes to Simpro, Xero, Verizon Connect, Deputy, The Fleet Office, Dialpad and Moveware, or any other system you connect. It only reads from them. Inside TradieBridge, your assistant can start a sync or an export and send us feedback. Nothing it does changes the systems you connected.
- How does TradieBridge get my data?
- Only through each system’s official API, with access you authorise: an API key, a sign-in you approve, or API credentials the system gives you. You can revoke that access at any time.
- Where is my data kept?
- On DigitalOcean, encrypted in transit, with your API keys encrypted at rest. Remove a connection or close your account and we delete that copy within 30 days, and from our backups within 90. Privacy Policy
- What does it cost?
- A$49 + GST a month for everything: AI access, backups of Simpro, Xero, Verizon Connect, Deputy, The Fleet Office, Dialpad and Moveware, and exports to JSON, CSV and Postgres. Cancel any time, and your backup stays browsable and exportable. Pricing
- Are attachments backed up?
- Not yet. TradieBridge keeps each attachment’s details, such as its name and the record it belongs to, but not the file itself.
